About Briallen
I am an actor originally from Australia, who now calls LA home. As someone who pursues a creative life, I am so grateful for the sense of grounding that the integration of both the spiritual and physical practice of yoga has created for me. I believe that holistic wellness is an ongoing journey rather than a fixed destination. It is multi-faceted and ever- evolving and I feel that cultivating the skills and ability to attune to our own body, and it’s changing needs, is essential. There is no one magic trick, pill, guru, activity- it’s about constantly checking in with yourself, implementing the support you need, being curious and making adjustments based on the information at hand.
Approach to Wellness
I believe that joy is at the heart of true wellness- being able to live in a way that allows you to maximize the joy in your life. I endeavor to infuse my classes with a sense of playfulness and joy. Whilst I plan my classes carefully and methodically, we are there to explore and not take it too seriously.

What Clients can Expect
Yoga is a modality that creates connection to self and to community, and I endeavor to deepen that sense of connection for the students who attend my classes My hope is that my class will inspire an element of curiosity, and that students will leave having felt challenged, and that they’ve learned something new. I cater to all levels, allowing plenty of space to explore where you’re at. It’s about exploration and play.
Fun Fact
My siblings and I summited Mt Kilimanjaro together.
