About Ilana


I’m Ilana, a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher certified through Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, California, where I also received specialized training in breathwork and meditation. I teach Vinyasa, Power, Slow Flow, and Restorative yoga and offer meditation and breathwork facilitation. My classes blend grounding movement with mindful stillness, creating a space where students can feel both strong and deeply relaxed.


My Approach to Wellness


I believe yoga is more than just movement — it’s a tool for cultivating presence, self-awareness, and balance in everyday life. My approach combines physical practice, meditation, and breathwork to meet students exactly where they are, guiding them toward greater clarity, calm, and connection with themselves.

When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, you can usually find me at Equinox, where I love taking classes and dreaming up new ways to inspire my students. I also enjoy beach walks, which I use as a form of meditation — connecting with nature, reflecting, and moving my body under the sun.
