Passionate about food (especially local and foraged ingredients), I believe that what we eat can be one of our greatest healers. My journey into holistic health was inspired by the transformative power of food medicine, not only as a tool for personal well-being but also as a bridge to understanding the deep interconnection between nutrition, the mind, and the environment. Through my work, I hope to empower others with the knowledge of how mindful eating and conscious living can create lasting health and harmony.

Fun Fact

I was born in Japan, but I grew up in Maui. Japanese is my first language, and I still speak it fluently! Growing up in Maui, I developed a deep love for local foods, foraging, and the healing power of nature. When I’m not exploring the connection between food and wellness, you can find me singing, hiking, or camping—always looking for new ways to connect with the world around me.
